I saw this on my twitter feed this morning and new I had to post it quickly on my lunch break. It’s so stinkin’ darling!
When I read the news last Saturday, I squealed with joy.
Crown Princess Victoria and Daniel seem like absolutely doting parents with Princess Estelle, and I’m sure she will be an enthusiastic big sister, to say the least!
Congrats to them, congrats to Sweden!
My royal sources are suggesting Princess Sofia may be expecting as well… I think that’s pretty plausible. (Far more believable than Kate being pregnant with baby no. 3, as lots of US mags are speculating.)
Princess Estelle learned some sign language while attending Sport Day at Haga Park on September 7 when she stopped by the NS Hephata tent. NS Hephata is a sport club for the deaf and hard of hearing.
Crown Princess Victoria explained to Princess Estelle that sign language is a language for the deaf and hard of hearing. Prince Daniel also tried to spell his name, but had some difficulty. Princess Estelle was given a packet with signs so she could continue practicing at home.Princess Estelle is also learning English from her Australian nanny. (The Royal Watcher)
Princess Estelle on her first day at the Adventure Preschool in the municipality of Danderyd outside Stockholm. The family, especially the little Princess seemed excited about today’s event. Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel when asked about school, said they both believed in the pedagogy of the school; and the little Princess was asked by her father if “it will be fun?”, with Estelle nodding, yes, it would! (Aftonbladet)
Before Kate started doing it with Prince George, Crown Princess was, and has been, dressing her sweet daughter Estelle that match the outfits she herself once wore as a wee babe.
Without sounding too much like my mom… I must say, this is one royal trend I can get behind. It also helps that the dresses Victoria once wore were absolutely precious.
I’m not completely sure, but I think Victoria has replicates of her dresses made, I don’t think they are the original. But I could be wrong…
Nonetheless, the two share an uncanny resemblance, and have similar sassy personalities!(Source.)
